2、Digging each time the soil should not be too deep, do not lift the bucket too hard, so as not to damage the machinery or cause overturning accidents. When the bucket is falling, be careful not to impact the tracks and frame.

3, with the excavator operation, clear the bottom, leveling, slope repair personnel, must work within the excavator's radius of rotation. If you must work in the excavator's radius of rotation, the excavator must stop slewing, and the rotary mechanism brake before working. At the same time, the personnel on and off the machine should take care of each other and work closely together to ensure safety.

4, excavator loading activities within the range, no vehicles and pedestrians. If the unloading to the car, should wait for the car to stop, the driver left the cab, before the bucket can be turned back to the car unloading material. When turning the excavator, try to avoid the bucket crossing from the top of the cab. When unloading, the bucket should be as low as possible, but also note that no collision with any part of the car.

5, the excavator rotary, the application of rotary clutch with rotary mechanism brake smooth rotation, prohibit sharp rotation and emergency brake.

6, the bucket has not left the ground before, shall not do rotary, walking and other actions. When the bucket is fully loaded and suspended, the boom must not be raised or lowered and walking.

7、When the crawler excavator is moving, the boom should be placed in the forward direction of walking, and the height of the bucket from the ground should not exceed 1 meter. And the rotary mechanism brake.

8, excavator uphill, the drive wheel should be in the back, arm bar should be above; excavator downhill, the drive wheel should be in front, arm bar should be in the back. Up and down slope should not exceed 20 °. When going downhill, it should drive slowly, and it should not change speed and skid in neutral on the way. The excavator should lay a mat when passing through the track, soft soil, clay road.

9, in the high working surface of the excavation of loose soil, should be the working surface of the larger stones and other debris removal, so as not to collapse caused by accidents. If the soil is dug into a suspended state and can not naturally collapse, it is necessary to use manual processing, not allowed to use the bucket to smash down or press down, so as not to cause accidents.

10, the excavator walking turn should not be too sharp. If the curve is too large, it should be turned in several turns, each time within 20 °.

11, electric excavator in the connection of power, must take out the switch box on the capacitive disconnector. Non-electrical personnel are strictly prohibited from installing electrical equipment. When the excavator is walking, the cable should be moved by the staff wearing pressure-resistant rubber shoes or insulated gloves. And pay attention to prevent cable abrasion leakage.

12, excavator in the work, repair, maintenance, fastening and other work is strictly prohibited. If strange noise, odor, temperature rise is too high during the work, should stop immediately to check.

13、For maintenance, repair, lubrication and replacement of the top pulley of the boom, the boom should be dropped to the ground.
