At the same time, XCMG has contacted with the Chinese rescue team which arrived first, and will provide service guarantee for the next rescue operation. Two strong earthquakes of 7.8 magnitude occurred in the border area of Turkey and Syria in succession, and Weichai Turkey was 800 kilometers away from the epicenter, and the resident staff also felt the earthquake.

Weichai headquarters immediately confirmed the safety of local employees, and Weichai Turkey spontaneously raised donations of emergency supplies such as rice, noodles, water, oil and clothes, and also donated generator sets jointly with local customers. Excavators arrived at the first time and quickly started the rescue. The slabs, cement blocks and steel bars of the collapsed house were pressed against each other, which made the rescue work very difficult. XCMG operator Kerim Cesur operated the equipment carefully while speeding up the progress, and finally rescued the family of three successfully after nearly 8 hours of high concentration.

In response to the lack of local rescue equipment, Zoomlion also actively contacted and mobilized local caring customers, and 18 excavators were called to the disaster area one after another to assist in the rescue. Later, Zoomlion's rescue team will continue to participate in the rescue operation under the unified deployment of the local community, and do a good job in the service guarantee of rescue equipment to help local people in the disaster area to overcome the difficulties.
