Two strong earthquakes of 7.8 magnitude occurred in the border area of Turkey and Syria in succession, and Weichai Turkey was 800 kilometers away from the epicenter, and the resident staff also felt the earthquake.
Weichai headquarters immediately confirmed the safety of local employees, and Weichai Turkey spontaneously raised donations of emergency supplies such as rice, noodles, water, oil and clothes, and also donated generator sets jointly with local customers. The slabs, cement blocks and steel bars of the collapsed house were pressed against each other, which made the rescue work very difficult.
